Self employed here. Have plenty of "business profit". Cannot prove enough "take home". 650^ scores. Low debt/income.
Have 3 + months reserves.

Matthew,

It is hard enough finding a stated income product with a 90% LTV. Add in scores under 700 plus only 3 months reserves and you are asking for something that is nearly impossible.

How about using some sort of business line of credit to come up with most of the costs and try to take a personal mortgage out for the rest...

Does your business have good credit and been established for a long time now?
