Have you transferred the property to the trustee? Then it will be difficult for you to terminate the agreement. You will have to negotiate with the trustee for the cancellation of the deal and ask him/her to sign a deed and transfer the property back to you. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane

If the mortgage is still in your name, then you would be responsible for it. I would suggest you to contact the attorney immediately and negotiate for the termination of the agreement. Sussane
