I wanted to confirm the title and escrow process of a Texas loan? Is it true that Texas is an Attorney state?

Hi steeleloanprocessing,

Welcome to the forum.

Are you taking the loan through a broker? If so then the broker will provide the necessary information to the escrow officer for preparation of the escrow documents and instructions. Escrow officer will process the escrow and if all the requirement is fulfilled the escrow will be closed. You will have to follow the instructions.

BTW what do you want to mean by "Attorney state"?

Best of luck,
Larry
