It is currly rent and has a very long term lease. We ouw the land the mobil home resides on and is consider to be real property. I live in texas. Do you know any leader? My hubsand credit better than mine. The renter have agreed to pay an additional rent increase.

But you need to have a permanent foundation on which the mobile home needs to stand.
