hud title 1 home improvement loan

I am looking for a hud title 1 loan for home improvements on a mobil home. the home is on a slab. It is currly rent and has a very long term lease. We ouw the land the mobil home resides on and is consider to be real property. I live in texas. Do you know any leader? My hubsand credit better than mine. The renter have agreed to pay an additional rent increase.

If you are going for a loan amount worth more than $7500, then it will be treated as a HUD Title 1 mortgage loan and not a personal property loan. But you need to have a permanent foundation on which the mobile home needs to stand.
