I DID BUY 4 CONDOS IN TEXAS,AND I PAID FULL ALL CONDOS. I WANT TO TRANSFER 3 CONDOS TO MY MOTHER AND MY FATHER, THEY ARE NON-RESIDENTS USA.HOW ICAN I DO?

Hi ROSMARYB,

You'll be able to transfer the property to them with the help of a quit claim deed. You would require three separate deeds to transfer the properties. Once you do so, the deeds need to be notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office.
