Like 0 Dislike 0 My uncle Sarem Sor he lives in California and he has a house in Fort Worth Texas and he want to transfer the property into my name. Once the deed is filled out, it needs to be notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office. Though you are paying the mortgage, is the mortgage in your name? If the mortgage note is not in your name, then you will have to refinance the mortgage. Thanks
