My father wants to transfer all his real property to me his daughter. What document do I use to have the property put in my name. I live in Texas.

Hi olga,

Your father can use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer all his real estate property to you. However, if the property is free and clear, then he can use a warranty deed to transfer the property.

Thanks
