Bought TX propery in my name even though wife ( 2nd marriage) had to sign documents. TX is a community propery St. and we want to know if she can just sign a quit claim deed to insure my children and not hers get this property. We want to leave her Ok propery to her children, it is in her name and should not be a problem in OK.
