Warranty deed is not in mortgage

Can someone have a warranty deed on my property and i pay the mortgage to the mortgage co.What can I do to own the warranty deed.

Hi doseym,

You'll have to ask the owner of the property who holds the property deed to transfer it in your name. The present owner can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer it to you.
