houston Guest	Posted: Thu Mar 19, 2009 1:08 pm    Post subject: deed change Like 0 Dislike 0 i know tx is a community property state but can u still be abligated after having husband sign a warranty deed. He owes taxes and does not pay. Loan is in my name not fair to take on his issues. Is it worth it to get him to sign.

Otherwise, if you are on the loan and your husband on the title and he doesn't make loan payments, your credit will be hurt.
