I brought suit against a partner and won the property via courts, do I still need a quit claim in Texas.

Hi ldvandling,

I agree with Adoins that you should use a quitclaim deed to remove your partner’s name from the deed. Consult with your lawyer and ask him to prepare the deed for you.
