Are there any lenders in Utah that will do a rate/term refinance on a manufactured home? 78 % LTV, over 750 fico. Home was built in 1994. Thanks! Rolling Eyes

Hi sinclairlindsey!

Welcome to forums!

Getting a refinance will depend upon the amount of equity that you have in the property. You have a good fico score which will be considered as a positive thing while the lenders consider you for a refinance. I would suggest you to speak to some of the Utah based lenders and they would help you know whether or not you would get a loan. You may even speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. This will help you know what type of rates and terms you would get.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Is the manufactured home on a permanent foundation. If so, you should be ok. One of the lenders on this site should be able to help you.
