The selling realtor has been dragging his feet presenting the offer, and after three days tells us that he won't present it for a few more days. I don't know the answer to your question, unfortunately. What does your realtor have to say about the matter? Have you tried to contact the local realtor board to have someone intervene? It occurs to me that your realtor isn't being much help either, if you're forced to resort to an online forum. Light a fire under that person. _________________ George M.
