People do not think how much he can afford and end up taking up much larger amount of loan than what he can afford. just Bailing out is a solution because the rates are higher and everyone do not qualify for it.

Maybe these companies need to reevaluate how they do business and they should be out of business, things should be done the right way. The mortgage industry is a mess right now.
