In the midst of foreclosure crisis looming large, this video is worth watching. It speaks of 7 ways that can help one prevent a foreclosure. well there can be different ways but the basics remain the same. If you think paying for your mortgage is getting hard, call your lender asap and have a talk with him regarding what alternatives can he provide you with. Don't panic or just walk away but face it and fight out the situation.

My reaction to the first four minutes was "DUH!" I suppose the only good advice was to not ignore the situation. Everything else would have been presented to the deliquent borrower except possibly a suggestion to file bankruptcy. I was starting to suspect the narrator had a low estimate of the borrowers and then he came up with the pitch in the final minute. Made we wonder if he was an equity stripper -- wolf in sheeps clothing.

awesome video, thank you for putting it together and sharing the information with us.

I guess all the options are put out there for you and then there is the little catch at the end.
But all in all I found this video very educational.

"Made we wonder if he was an equity stripper -- wolf in sheeps clothing."

that is exactly what he is - or at least very much appears to be. do some research on his name and you will find his investment website... "property investment pros .com" (can't post link)
