how long do I have to wait between chapter 7 filing if i had a chapter 7 seven years ago in virginia and all my debt was relief then

Hi jlp,

As far as I know, Chapter 7 bankruptcy can be filed once in every 8 years. However, you should always consult your bankruptcy attorney before taking any decision.
