Who is lending for Manufactured homes today in the Virginia area?

It is a 2004 model. I am looking for lenders that will give a conventional loan. Credit scores are 747-757.

Depending upon your financial situation, your credit score, your employment history, etc., you would be able to get a mortgage. In order to get a conventional loan, you would require a score of 700-720. As you have the required score, you would be able to get the loan if you satisfy other criteria. You can speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation. This will let you know whether or not you would get a loan and what type of rates you can expect to get. Take care.
