Does anyone have the quick claim form for Virginia. Also does anyone know if I would need a surviorship deed too to protect my interest in the house? I share the house and if she was to die I want to continue to live there.

Hi virginia

You can definitely go for a joint tenancy with right to survivorship. This will help you to inherit the property if the other person dies. For Virginia quitclaim deed, you can check out the following link:
