There are many lenders part of Mortgagefit community. Some of them must be from your location. You should be able to get some assistance from them.

Hi Jsin,

Welcome to our forums.

Our community has a number of mortgage lenders providing various loan programs to borrowers having different financial and credit status. You can ask the borrower to send us his request for mortgage quotes.

As soon as we receive the request, we shall forward it to our community lenders and they shall try to find out if it is possible for them to offer the loan as per the minimum details provided along with the request. If a lender can match his profile with the borrower's loan requirements, the former shall contact the latter asap.

Good luck Smile

Hi Jsin,

Welcome to our community.

It's nice to have a mortgage consultant amongst us. Why don't you join this community. You can interact and build relationships with the lenders here...I guess it will be helpful for you.

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz
