What are my option if i want to release all interest in a property?

What are my options?

Then you can sell off the property and move on with your life. If she's not ready for that, then you have the option of filing a partition lawsuit. The court will order the sale of the property. After the sale, the mortgage will be paid off first and if there's any profit, it'll be divided amongst both of you. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
