My family has property in Clarkston Washington 99403. The first 2 acres and home are owned by me, the back 1.29 acres are owned by my parents, the middle 1.29 acres are owned by my uncle. My uncle recently told me he was going to sell his middle 1.29 acres with a single wide 1980 Titan "home" (real property), thus removing it from the family. I am trying to buy it so we do not loose the property from the family. He is asking approx $80,000. Is it possible to put down $20,000 and request a loan for $60,000 to purchase the trailer and land. From what the local banks/lenders/credit unions state they are no longer allowing loans for mobile homes of the single-wide 1980 variety. Are you able to assist with this ordeal. I have excellent credit, above 750, nearly 800. I make $55,000 a year and the ONLY debt I have is $87,000 for my own home and land valued at over $130,000. P.S. I do not want to take a lien against my house, I want to keep the two properties on seperate loans.
