Hi,
I live in Washington state and I have 80, 20 mortgage. My second mortage is with City Mortgage. While I have the house for short sale for almost 6 months but no buyer yet, I got contacted by NCO finance debt collector. I wonder if they are ligitimate co. ? I don't know what action to take ? any help would greatly appreciated.

nco financial is a legitimate debt collector. perhaps the second mortgage was charged off by citimortgage, and sold to nco. by all means, communicate with them to see what their desires are and to discuss possible solutions and ramifications.
