| My ex-wife lives in Texas...I live in Wisconsin we want to do a quit claim on the property in Wisconsin she want to get off of the Deed ...can we use a Texas quit claim on property in Wisconsin? |

Welcome to forums!
As the property is located in Wisconsin, your wife will have to use a quitclaim deed form of Wisconsin. Moreover, the deed should also be recorded at the county recorder's office in Wisconsin.

Nope you will need the the proper formfor that state and county
You cna send her the form and she can sign it infront of a notary and notarize it, and you can record it in the county office, where you property is located |
