Is there a website where I can get this form free? I am trying to quit claim my property from my unmarried name to my married name before the house sells. Is there an easier way to do this?

Hi Janice!

Welcome to forums!

You can use a quitclaim deed form of Wisconsin in order to transfer the property from your unmarried name to your married name. While filling out the quitclaim deed, you will have to write your unmarried name as the grantor of the property and the married name as the grantee to the property. Once you fill out the deed you will have to notarize it and record it at the county recorder's office.

Check out the following link to get a sample quitclaim deed form of Wisconsin:
