I don't think lenders in Wyoming will be ready to offer you such a loan. After the sub-prime mortgage crisis hit the real estate market, the lenders have stopped giving such loans. They verify the applicant's income, credit score, debt to income ratio, etc. before approving a mortgage for him or her. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
