gc	we have 2 houses 1our primary resident and the other is a rental property. which is through ocwen, my brothernlaw lives there. the have started foreclosure proceedings. we have obtain a lawyer. ocwen posted the payments late i have copies, also the said we signed a forebearance agrreement, we did not asked them to produce it the could not, this has caused us to pay higher everything any advice
