203K loan-I'm looking for 203k lenders in Mobile,AL.
I just spend 4 months trying to close a loan with Allied Mortgage Company. They finally said that the Appraiser value of renovations only added $10,000 to property and they could not lend me funds for the renovation.
I need an experienced 203k lender for this area, can someone help me?

You can use Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc. The list of 203k experienced lenders is found on HUD's website. Just do an internet search for HUD FHA Lender List and you will find the link to HUD's site.
