We are the owners of a 14 acre ranch in dayton Texas and need a $30,00.00 loan to refurbish the mobile home that hurrican ike damaged. The ranch has a 3 acre fishing pond and no liens. Our credit is fair. We are willing to put the ranch up for collateral.It is appraised at $117,000.00
