we were buying a mobile home and we moved into another one and when we went to the one we are buying the park owner is renting in out to someone.we have this trailer almost paid off.and he refuses to give us any money back.

Well... you should get your money back. I will suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion as to how you need to deal with them. You should check out with your attorney whether or not you can file a lawsuit against them.
