Hello, I have a couple questions I have been searching for awhile now maybe you could
Help me with?
My fiance owns a home on an acre lot, which before we got together him and his ex wife
Lived in together and owned. Well her parents moved a trailer house onto the back side of the property a few years back and never bought the land. They put a septic in and laid a concrete foundation etc... Well what I want to know is how a forclosure would effect them, being as they don't own the land.. please help me with this if you have any knowledge of this kind of thing ?

If their names are not mentioned on the mortgage docs, then the foreclosure won't affect them in any way. The lender won't be able to come after them for recovering any dues.
