Lost my house in a fire 4/2011. Paid off loan with insurance money on 5/2011. Because I was divorced had to prove to BoA that the house was legally mine. BoA refund the balance of the insurance money on 10/2011. I am still fighting with them, have not received the balance of the escrow account its been 15 months. BoA uses any excuse they can, and even when they can't ask for more forms they have "escalate" the issue, by now I should be touching the stratosphere, what can I do?
