Posted on: 02nd May, 2007 11:36 pm
Hi all,

You must be knowing that Ken Stampe has been actively participating in our forums and helping our community with his valuable knowledge and experience.

I have thought of making him the moderator of our forums. And, I would appreciate your comments and opinion in this regard.

Kindly vote and share your views.
I must say Ken has the knowledge and the approach that a forum moderator should have. He's doing a great job here helping the community - people who are really stressed out and in deep trouble would look for the kind of advice Ken gives.

God bless him for all the good that he is doing to such people :)

Yes Sam, Ken has proved that he deserves to become one of the moderators. But which sections he will be the moderator for?

I agree with all of you. Ken is a very nice person and holds a very good grip on the subject, the basic qualities a moderator should have.

Ken would prove to be good moderator for Mortgagefit forum, my intuition say so. And Sam you need to also think about the sections for which he would be the moderator as Colin also inquired. Perhaps you should ask Ken about which sections he would like to moderate.

KenStampe is good enough to be our forum moderator. He is straightforward when he advises people - that's what I like about him. If something's possible say Yes, and if not then better say a No.

I'm refraining from voting, but thank you all for your comments and kind words. Sam knows how I feel about the work this community is doing for people interested in credit, mortgage and deed issues. There is a very unique spirit here of people trying very diligently to educate and inform. If you all feel I can contribute to the culture then I'm honored to serve the community in any way I can.

Hi Ken,

I feel happy to give you the rights of the Moderator of our forum section (Mortgage Know-how). The community is happy with this decision. Hope we will get along well and help all as much as possible.

Hope it will be a learning experience for all of us here. :)

Thanks,

Sam
