It seems I'm a little late finding this site but I'm sure glad that I have now. I really could have been using some of the knowledge found here through others for a long time now. I'm new to the mortgage game and principles so it's really nice to know there's a community out there to help eachother out in a very complex mortgage world. Thanks for the great site!
