House appraisal for refinance

it's invesion of property taking pictures of your house interior.
in the past taking good notes it was the only thing required. think about, what's the purpose, is to make sure the house is in good shape. the walls , floors and ceiling. a good description of these items should be more than adequate. the type of furniture it doesn't change the value of the house, typically the house is sold whitout furniture.
i agree that the kitchen and bathrooms are the only two rooms that can change the value.
take my case, the value of the refinance is less than 20% of the value of the house. it was refinanced 2 years ago from the same bank. granted, they need an apprasal but don't believe that they need to take 70 pictures on the internal of the house.
well, i didn't let them take the pictures and find another lender that didn't require any pictures. more people should stand for their privicy.
