Ever hear of an appraisal method called something like FEDECK appraisal? I need the correct spelling of it. It's concerning giving value to a new and unique business that's building a building for it and the business needs a loan from the bank.
I have never heard of it. This is not to suggest it does not exist, but it may be a proprietary name.
