Appraisel information

I thought that this article explained an appraisel in depth, I am looking for more like it to refer to for this thread.

well that was an excellent explantion. i always wondered what second mortgages was. you give good reasons for having an appraisal. one would definately want to check with a bank and get someone they prefer. just went for a home equity loan (didn't want a thirty year mortgage and the rates were better) and they also stressed that we must use a bank approved appraiser. keep up the good post barto.
