These sites seem to under-value real estate by 20 to 25%. Has anyone else have encountered the same issue ?

All the major real estate websites have their own way of judging the real estate properties. Moreover, they provide an approximate value of the property. Once the appraiser does the final appraisal, the property value can be rightly judged.
