How ever when you filed that it doesnt include your rent and in order for me to cash out my 401k I have to take the whole amount I rolled in with which is 3900. How can i go about PLEASE HELP !!!
Hi Toro,

As per my knowledge different state has different laws of bankruptcy. It depends whether you will be allowed to cash out in his 401k or not? The best thing for you would be to consult with a good attorney and check out your state laws.
Hope this will help you.
