we filed bankruptsy in april but we go to court in a week
we had to take a distributin from our 401k and have not recieved any money yetwhat will this do to our case?

Retirement accounts are exempt from any kind of garnishment. Thus, the trustee will not be able to touch this account of yours while you are in the bankruptcy filing.
