my husband and i are entering into a land contract. My husband will be the only one on the loan. his credit score is around 650 (median) our only problem is paul had a bankrptcy and it will not be 2 years till 01/11 at that time will he qualify for a mortage?
ok it will be 2 years in January - any idea if they will extend the tax credit?
I haven't heard about anything regarding the extension of the tax credit.
