After Bankruptcy

I can not afford my house so I have moved out. What should I do now that I've moved? What would be best for me since the house was included in the bankruptcy? I would like to give the house to the lender and not wait for their final on obtaining the house through the courts. As of now, I still have the keys....What would you advise

what type of bankruptcy did you file? if you filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and did not reaffirm the loan, then you can surrender the house to your lender. the lender would sell off the property, i.e. foreclose it and recover his dues. you can contact your lender and check out what steps you need to take.
