avoiding trustee

i filed chpt 7 in dec 09 and listed a 2nd car and the value at 8,000 and noted with the courts permission i had a buyer for it. the trustee told me to produce the car and she would have a neautal party appraise it. i am avoiding her letters and calls cause the appraisal will show that the car is worth over 40G. what can happen to me by avoiding her attempts to contact me? im thinking she is so busy the discharge date will come and ill get it and still have the car. can she make me bring her the car? my soon to be ex wife has given the trustee alot of info on me so therefore the trustee knows im lying about the value. in the event my bkt gets dismissed, can the courts still get the car to sell and pay part of my creditors? in a dismissal how can my creditors get money from me if i still dont pay them?
It doesn't make sense to avoid or ignore your trustee. This can rather be considered as fraudulent and your bankruptcy may get dismissed due to it. If your bankruptcy gets dismissed, the court won't come after you but your creditor will be free to place a lien on your property in order to recover the dues. They have even foreclose your property or repo your car to recover the dues.
