My Chapter 13 case was dismissed. Can I still file Chapter 7?

yes, you can file chapter 7 immediately after your chapter 13 was dismissed provided the dismissal was without the filing bar. if there is a filing bar of 180 days, then you will have to wait for 180 days before filing chapter 7 bankruptcy.
