I filed chapter 13, in February of 2008, our house foreclosed. Can we still get FHA after a year?

I filed chapter 13, in February of 2008, our house foreclosed. Can we still get FHA after a year?...I was sick with a serious illness from 2007 until late 2008. Hence the reason for foreclosure and chapter 13. I have been back to work since October of 2008. The same employer (City and County of San Francisco) I have been with for over 17 years. I make about 100,00 a year.
