missed 1 payment and made the oct and nov payments company filed a motion for relief when I found out I contacted my attorney and paid the dec payment and the missed payment with late fees what will happen now

Generally if you miss a payment when you are in Chapter 13, the lender has the rights to ask for a motion of relief. But in this case, you've paid off the dues along with the late payments. In that case, you and your lawyer should contact the lender and check out whether they are still pursuing the motion of relief. You may request them not to go ahead with it and withdraw it.
