I am filing Chapter 7, but I do not wish to include my time share, is that possible?

As far as I know, you will have to mention it as one of your assets when you file bankruptcy. Nevertheless, I will suggest you to contact a bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion in this matter.

It is good if you contact an attorney and discuss the matter. As far as bankruptcy is concerned, mentioning all the assets is mandatory.
