I have filed Chapter 13 recently and it has not been discharged yet. Meanwhile, I want to buy a home for my family. Will it be possible for me to buy a home now?
As your bankruptcy filing has not been discharged yet, I don't think any of the lender's will be ready to offer you a loan to buy a home. You won't get pre-approved for a mortgage so soon.
