Hello,
I am preparing a "STATEMENT OF CURRENT MONTHLY INCOME AND CALCULATION OF COMMITMENT PERIOD AND DISPOSABLE INCOME" and have a question on line 25B.
My wife has the loan on our house but I am on the title with her. Under 25b, subsection b, do I put the total monthly payment of the loan or just the amount I pay? For example, the loan is for 1200 but we both pay half.
Thank you

Hi arshy,
If you're filing the bankruptcy alone, then you should mention the amount that you pay to the lender. Nevertheless, it will be better if you could contact your bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will guide you as to what amount you should write in the form.
Thanks

Thank you James for your help...
On the same form, B22C, line 28b,29b...would I include my wives autoloan or just mine? Should her secured loan be included on either one of these lines? I do not own or finance her vehicle.
Thank you

hi arshy!
welcome to forums!
if you're filing bankruptcy alone, then you don't have to include your wife's debts or assets in the form. as james has suggested earlier, you should speak to a bankruptcy attorney and he will guide you in filling out the forms.
feel free to ask if you've further queries.
