i recently had full discharge on chapter 7. i reaffirmed my first mortgage but not my second. i am behind on the second but all others are paid and current. what can the second mortgage holder do?
The second lender still holds the lien on the property. He may try to foreclose the property but it will have to pay off the first mortgage as well. You may contact your second lender and check out if they would negotiate with you.
