401 (k)

I have started filing chapter 7 in few weeks ago. I have some money in my 401 (k). I'm trying to pull some off to do personal stuff. I'm wondering it is okay to do that. Can they (trustees or creditors) take my money? Thanks!
Welcome justindo,

As you've started the bankruptcy filing, I don't think you should pull out money immediately from your 401k account. You should wait until your bankruptcy filing gets discharged and then try to take out money from your 401k account.
